Career Guidance & Placement Cell
The Career Guidance and Placement Cell was established as per the instructions from the Higher Education Commissioner in 1998. The cell has about 600 books regarding different career options and small scale industries for providing guidance to the students.
Activities (2021-22)
- Placement Cell and Commerce Department of this college had organised two days webinar on the topic "Wealth Awarness Programme" from 17th & 18th Dec., 2021 for commerce students. It had enhanced the knowledge of the students in the field of finance and taxation.
- IQAC, Placement Cell and Commerce Deptt. organised a career counselling programme in association with ICAI counsellors on 25/04/22.
- Commerce Department and Placement Cell of the College had organised one month (30 days) Tally Prime Course under Skill Development Programme for enhancing the knowledge in computerised accounting system of commerce students in the college campus from 09/05/22 with the association of Tally Education Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru (Tally Infotech)
Activities (2022-23)
- Career Guidance & Placement Cell and Commerce Deptt. of the College had organised seminar on the Topic “Corporate financial wellness enhancement motivational and informative current financial litercy” on 30th Nov. 2022. It had enhanced the knowledge of students regarding their future perspectives.
- On 01st Dec., 2022 C.A. Rajan Jindal & C.A. Rajat Jindal from Tally Education Pvt. Ltd. delivered talks on the Topic ‘Accountancy and Taxation.”
- Career Guidance & Placement Cell of the College had organised one month (30 Days) Tally Prime Course and Advance excel certificate course under Skill Development Programme for enhancing the konwledge in Computerised acounting system from01/02/2023 with the association of Tally Education Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru (Tally Infotech)
